Rob (white shirt, blue shorts) performs a lat pull-down and cable chest press. He worked with 2 other trainers before coming to Urban Pump, with no success. The other trainers did the usual split routine and aerobic training protocol that is popular. Since doing the HYSTRENGTH (sm) training program, he has completely reshaped his body with much less time in the gym. Look him up in the testimonial page for his viewpoint.
Bill (grey shirt, silver shorts) is doing a 900lb leg press. He has a torn bicep and bad rotator cuff muscles, but we were able to improve shoulder stability and significantly improve his strength. Just taking it one workout at a time.
Jimmy (green shirt) is doing a cable press lunge. He has lower back problems so we are careful to do exercises that do not aggravate it. We also do stretches and traction to help bring better pain relief.

The above photos are of Mike and Nora working with Sharon. Mike has lost several pounds of bodyfat and gained in leg strength from a 90lb leg press to over 500lbs in 3 months. Nora had tightness in her calf muscles when she first started. She could not do a proper lunge or squat, even after many months of a stretching routine. Since working with Sharon, she reagined full range of motion, dramatically improved her strength, and has increased her tone and definition.

Part of my workout performed May, 2010.  Squatting 405lbs, doing a pushup/hipflexion on ball with hands on med balls and a 25lb weight tied around my waist, followed by a low ab exercise on the floor.
