Gregg doing a barbell squat with 495lbs. During the course of his training career, he has gained 35lbs of muscle. His bench increased from 135lbs to 315lbs, squat 185lbs to 495lbs, leg press 400lbs to 1200lbs. For the most part, he trained 45 minutes a day only three times a week, and rarely does aerobic work.
Gregg doing a hip flexion with three balls. One has to be very stable throughout the whole body to do this exercise.
Bill doing circular motions on ball against wall. This is a post-rehab exercise to re-strengthen the rotator cuff muscles. Bill had a torn biceps and weak rotator muscles from poor lifting techniques. We have strengthened them to the point where he can do 50lb dumbell presses. He could barely do 15lbs when we started.
Sharon doing a free motion high-low pull. Sharon gained incredible strength from when she first started. She now does leg presses with 800lbs, barbell squats with 225lbs, and dumbell presses with 30lbs. She used to do the conventional split routine weight training program along with aerobic training everyday and did not see the results she was hoping for. Since doing the HYSTRENGTH(sm) training program, she has developed remarkable strength and tone while completely cutting her aerobic training out!
Gregg doing a chin up with 50lbs tied to his waist. Adding his bodyweight, he is doing chin-ups with a total of 235lbs.
Rachel doing a walking lunge. A killer leg exercise with the right amount of weight.
Sharon at mid-range with a push-up/hip flexion on ball and bio-foam rollers
Sharon at the peak position
Sharon doing a ski tuck/static front raise on balance board. Notice the definition throughout her body.
Nieves doing a barbell walking lunge. This exercise is a real challenge for the whole body.
Gregg with his shirt off showing his abs. He is about 8 to 9% body fat at this point. This is from very little aerobic training but with a consistent weight training program.

New photos of Sharon. This is from steady training for 3 years. She only does the Hystrength(sm) workout three times a week for 30 minutes each time. She has not done any aerobic training the whole time. And she is 51 years old!
