Weights and reps Gregg is doing in the demonstration: Squats with 425lbs for 10 reps, cable press with the whole stack for 12 reps, chins with 50lbs for 8 reps, squat/overhead press on dyna disks with 35lbs.
Sharon doing leg press with 700lbs, followed by a horizontal pull-up/ leg curl, cable press  over ball, push up/inchworms with 25lbs (to work the core muscles), followed by cable press/lunges. It shows that each set needs a lot of focus and coaxing by the trainer to do greater range of motion, proper form, and good intensity for a productive workout. The good news is 30 minute workouts are all one needs.
