When it comes to developing a well defined mid section, many myths abound. All the hype out there make it sound like getting ripped abs are easy and only takes a couple of months. If you follow most of the advice out there, not only will you not get defined abs in a couple of months, you may never get them. This lecture will address the myths out there, and teach you the truths of well defined abs.

I have started the Urban Pump love your body and creation club for women. This is a discussion and sharing group on how to create the health and fitness we desire. Share your frustrations, plateaus, and successes on your journey to health and fitness. We will talk about motivation, getting the edge on your sport, vitality, diet, aging, injuries, strength, body image, menopause, health issues, goals, mind barriers, and a host of other related topics that plague us all. I have a lot of amazing friends and clients that have pushed through some of these barriers, and we can help each other! I will invite guest speakers:

Mini Class:
The mini class is a class that has two people working with one trainer. It is set up like group class where each trainee has a pre-written workout that he or she does while the instructor guides each trainee. The mini class works well with couples or friends that want to work out together. The class can be set up at the convenience of the trainees.
The HYSTRENGTH(sm) TRAINING GROUP CLASS
The group class is based on the principles of the HYSTRENGTH(sm) training program, a very effective program for optimal fitness and fat loss in minimal time. Each student will be given a pre-written workout based on their body and fitness level that day. The student will then do the exercises while the instructor supervises the class, offering a spot or guidance as needed. The class setting is great for motivation and camaraderie and a cost effective way to get quality instruction at Urban Pump. Class size is limited to 5 people. Price: $20.00 per class or 10 classes for $150.00
